Make sure the bolt and serial numbers on the receiver match. You don't mention if it is a Deluxe or not? That would make some difference on the price. If it is a Deluxe with open sights, that may very well be the case. The no import stamp feature here may be because a GI bought it in Europe and it came home with him. The answer to "why"? may indicate some erratic POI problems if it was bedded. I rather doubt you will find any glass bedding on this rifle.
